All orders are processed within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders during Queensland public holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We understand how exciting online shopping can be and that you want you receive your order as soon as possible.
That’s why we offer both standard and express shipping options for all our customers so that you can be certain that your items will arrive fast!
The below delivery estimates are based off Australia Posts' website and should be used as a guide only. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes due to circumstances that are outside of our control.

All orders of $200 or more are eligible for 50% off the standard shipping rate.
Simply reach the $200+ threshold in your cart, and the discounted shipping rate will automatically be applied at checkout, ensuring you get more value with your purchase!
Shipping to PO boxes
Rescue Swag currently allows shipping to PO Boxes in an attempt to support many of our customers who live in rural Australia.
Please be advised that it is your responsibility to check in with your local post office (LPO) to ensure you collect your shipment punctually on its arrival. LPO’s may not place a collection card in your post box and will ‘Return to Sender’ if not collected fast enough – you will need to track your shipment and ask your LPO when it has arrived. Shipments that are returned to sender by your LPO will attract a further shipping charge for us to re-send to you.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours and can be used to track your parcel using the carriers website.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us via email at
Our team will be able to promptly assist you with your request and will offer a solution as soon as possible.
Product expiry dates
When purchasing a Rescue Swag through our website we guarantee a minimum 12 month expiry date on perishable medical items in our first aid kits or refill kits.
If you have purchased a Rescue Swag first aid kit or refill through a distributor, we are unable to guarantee minimum 12 month expiry dates on the medical items.
International shipping
Currently Rescue Swag is not available to be shipped internationally.
