Tour Guides Equipped With Rescue Swag

Tangalooma Island Resort is located on Moreton Island off the coast of Brisbane in South East Queensland. Unique nature based adventures and educational experiences along with a relaxing atmosphere are what the professional team at Tangalooma Island Resort strive to provide.

Among the ‘must-do’ activities that are on offer at Tangalooma are ATV quad bike riding on the sand and bushland of the island. Their professional guides are each fitted out with a Rescue Swag as a necessity.

Trevor, the director at Tangalooma Island resort, at one point in time used soft cover first aid kits to equip the tour guides in case of emergency. However, upon learning of Rescue Swag, he noticed that we offered not only this convenient factor but also had a number of other useful features, which he states;

  • Keeps all water out.
  • Keeps all dust out.
  • Lays out as a working area free from sand and dust.
  • Is in 3 x packages that are labelled for easy use.
  • Attaches to the quad on both racks.
  • Can be easily shifted around the quad so that other goods can be carried.
  • Slings are better and more robust as needed than a bandage.

He says; “They are now compulsory for our full time tour guides to have on their bikes at all times.”
